I’m Sandy Richter, a Canadian artist working across digital painting and traditional mixed media.

My work comes from a deeply personal place: I’m passionately committed to daydreaming, and that inner world naturally flows into everything I create. I’m drawn to the dreamy, the fantasy-filled, the surreal, and the abstract — spaces where emotion, imagination, and intuition can take the lead.I love creating pieces that feel atmospheric and a little otherworldly, with colors, shapes, and layered textures that invite viewers to pause and drift.

Whether I’m making an expressive portrait or a more abstract, impressionistic piece, I’m always chasing that feeling of mystery and connection — something emotional, spiritual, and uniquely alive. For me, art is a way to translate inner visions into something tangible. I want my work to feel like a dream you can step into: colorful, personal, and open to interpretation.

I'm available for commissions and custom portraits. Contact me for more info.
